What is a drop?
A drop is a special release that will only be available for a limited time and/or there's a limited quantity for customers to get their hands on! Each drop has a defined set of item styles, fabric options and turnaround time. Join our VIP or subscribe to texts to keep up with what's coming next!
How do you order during drops?
Follow these step-by-step instructions when ordering during drops.
- Step 1: Select the print/fabric you’re interested in. Read all product information. Each print has a drop down menu starting with the styles available for that specific drop. Choose the clothing type you're interested in, such as Basic Tee, Play shorts, etc. Click to proceed.
- Step 2: Choose the Desired Styles Within the selected clothing category, browse through the available styles. For example, if you chose Basic Tee, you might find options like Short Sleeve, Long Sleeve. Click on the desired style to continue .
- Step 3: Choose the Size, it's time to specify the size. Most SCC Co. items tend to fit TTS. However, the majority of patterns use different measurements and it is important to base your size off of your child’s measurements. Please reference size charts in our Facebook VIP album ! Feel free to ask me any questions on sizing at Sewcuteclothingco@gmail.com, as I am always more than happy to answer any questions.
Once confirmed, select the appropriate size option for your clothing item. Click on the chosen size to proceed. - Step 4: Review and Add to Cart Once you have selected all required options.
- Step 5: Checkout and Complete the Order After adding the item to your cart, you will be redirected to the checkout page. Here, you will need to provide necessary details to complete your order. This typically includes your shipping address, contact information, and payment method. Fill out all the required fields accurately and double-check the information for any errors. If you have any discount codes input them, if you choose to make requests on your order there is a notes section at checkout- please note anything that will incur a charge will not be fulfilled UNLESS you message me to update your invoice. Once you have reviewed and confirmed all the information, click on the "Place Order" or "Submit Order" button to finalize your purchase.

How do destash sales and wall thread claims work?
On a specified day, our Facebook VIP will feature a wall post with fabric options as corresponding comments. To claim, please comment with your desired style and size on the appropriate fabric picture within the post. Invoices for your purchase will be sent sequentially from my website if the fabric is available in the requested size and style. Sale details and turnaround times will be listed in the post. Some items may be discounted by 10-20%.
CUSTOM ORDERS
What is a custom order?
A custom is anything you want that you do not see on the website. This includes basic styles in a custom fabric, a solid in a style not available, as well as anything you can dream of! You have the option to choose fabric material, scaling,and more! All custom orders are handcrafted with love by me. I can't wait to make your dreams a reality.
Are custom orders additional money?
There is a $5 fee for all customs. This is to cover the communication and time it takes to determine/search for what file you may want, fabric preference, and helping with style suggestions etc. Once decided upon, invoice will be sent for your order. All custom orders must be decided upon and have invoices paid within 4 days of deposit. No codes are allowed on deposits but are allowed to be used on custom order invoices.
When are custom spots available ?
Typically, there are a limited number of spots available each month. This can vary and can be confirmed within the custom order spot listing. When available, they open on the 1st of each month at 8pm et.
How do I lock in a custom spot?
You can place your deposit below to hold your spot. One spot will lock in one outfit or one item. Once deposited is purchased, I will be in touch within 1-2 business days to discuss your request.
What is the turnaround time for a custom?
Turnaround time is determined on a case by case basis. Typically TAT is 30 BD days.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Current turnaround time (TAT) is stated in shop announcements or in drop description (TAT excludes weekends and holidays and begins after receiving your order confirmation email). You will also receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be scanned in as pick-ups are every 2 days.
Shipping is determined by weight and location ; Free shipping for all orders over $150 before tax.

How do I track my order?
You are able to track your order in real time here.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Â
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sewcuteclothingco@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns/ Issues and Damages
How do I return an item?
Due to each item being customized personally just for you, I don't accept returns or exchanges. Although if you have any issues with your order, please contact me at sewcuteclothingco@gmail.com.Â

How long does it take to process my return?
If a return is requested and approved, return will take up to 48 hours to process once item is received.
Can I cancel an order?
I gladly accept cancellations. Please request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase atsewcuteclothingco@gmail.com.Â
What if my item has an issue or is damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately or within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
