This deposit is for one custom order (one outfit or one item). If you’d like more than one outfit, please purchase a separate deposit for each.
There is a $7 custom fee for all customs. This fee covers the communication and time involved in determining or searching for files, discussing fabric preferences, helping with style suggestions, and sourcing custom fabric specifically for you.
Once you lock in your spot with this deposit, I will reach out the following morning to begin the custom process. After all details are finalized, an invoice will be sent for your order.
⚠️ All custom details must be decided and the invoice paid within 48 hours of the deposit to keep your turnaround time. If not completed within this window, your spot may be forfeited.
⏳ Turnaround time (TAT) for customs is 6–8 weeks from the time the final invoice is paid.

Current turnaround time (TAT) is stated in shop announcements or in drop description (TAT excludes weekends and holidays and begins after receiving your order confirmation email). You will also receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be scanned in as pick-ups are every 2 days.
Shipping is determined by weight and location; Free shipping for all orders over $150 before tax.

Free local delivery is available within Milford, CT.

Cancellations
I gladly accept cancellations. Please request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase atsewcuteclothingco@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately or within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Policy
